Man alleges pit bulls owned by St. Louis resident attacked him

ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis resident is seeking damages from the owner of two dogs over allegations the dogs attacked and injured him.

Jordan Ivey filed a complaint on May 15 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Michael Reiter alleging personal injury.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 9, he was attacked, bitten and injured by defendant's pit bull dogs outside defendant's property. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual damages of more than $25,000 and any further relief as the court may deem just and proper. He is represented by Martin Minnigerode of The Law Office of Martin Minnigerode LLC in St. Louis.
