ST. LOUIS – A media and broadcasting company alleges it was not paid for advertising time by a St. Louis corporation.
Emmis Communications Corp. filed a complaint on April 30 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Fuse Advertising Inc. alleging unjust enrichment and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that beginning in 2017, the plaintiff provided advertising time to defendant for several months on its radio stations. The plaintiff alleges that as of to date, the total balance of $38,101 remains due and payable.
The plaintiff holds Fuse Advertising Inc. responsible because despite demands for payments, the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay the said balance.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $38,101, plus interest, costs, attorney's fees and all further relief as the court may deem just and proper. It is represented by Debbie S. Champion and Stephen J. Barber of Rynearson, Suess, Schnurbusch & Champion LLC in St. Louis.
