Injured motorist seeks more than $50,000 from ELCO Administrative Services Co., Enterprise Leasing Co. of St. Louis

ST. LOUIS – An injured motorist is seeking to collect more than $50,000 from two companies from a court judgment.

Kerron Finch filed a complaint on May 16 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against ELCO Administrative Services Co. and Enterprise Leasing Co. of St. Louis LLC seeking collection of insurance proceeds.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 28, 2016, she sustained injuries and property damage due to the negligence of defendants' insured, Michael Demound Hanks. At the time of the accident, the suit states the defendants had an insurance contract with Hanks against such loss and damage. On May 1, 2017, the St. Louis Circuit Court entered judgment in plaintiff's favor in the amount of $54,000, the suit states.

The plaintiff seeks judgment in her favor in the amount of the judgment rendered by the court on May 1, 2017, in the amount of $54,000, plus interest, costs and any further relief as the court may deem necessary. She is represented by Brian Stokes of The Stokes Law Office in St. Louis.
