Three individuals allege they incurred more than $65,000 in damages due to auto accident

ST. LOUIS – Three individuals allege they were injured in a collision in Missouri.

Kimberly and Brandon Bomar and Jaylyn Wright filed a complaint on June 6 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against James Oliver alleging property damage and personal injury.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on April 18, 2017, the defendant struck their vehicle, causing it to be damaged and depreciated. The plaintiffs allege they sustained injuries and incurred damages.

The plaintiffs seek damages in the total amount of $65,930, plus costs of court and any further relief as the court may deem just and proper. They are represented by Mark G. McMahon and Michael B. Hill of Law Offices of Mark G. McMahon in Clayton.
