ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges he was struck by a camper in St. Louis when its driver changed lanes without warning.
Hosea Hardison filed a complaint on June 8 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Edith Thompson alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 29, 2016, he was driving westbound on Clark in St. Louis when suddenly and without warning the defendant changed lanes and collided with his vehicle. He alleges he sustained severe and permanent injuries to his head, back and neck as a result of the collision.
The plaintiff holds Thompson responsible because the defendant allegedly drove her vehicle at an excessive speed, failed to keep a careful and vigilant lookout and failed to maintain proper control of her vehicle.
The plaintiff seeks damages of no less than $25,000, plus costs of court and any further relief as the court may deem just and appropriate. He is represented by Ray B. Marglous, Robert S. Marlin and Sarah H. Hale of Ray B. Marglous PC in St. Louis.
