ST. LOUIS – A woman alleges she was injured when the driver of a car she was a passenger in was involved in a collision.

Christina Lee filed a complaint on June 28 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Darion Curlee alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 16, 2017, she was a passenger in the vehicle driven by defendant when he rear-ended another vehicle in St. Louis. She alleges she sustained injuries to her head, neck, back and left arm as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Curlee responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain a careful lookout and failed to yield to the right of way.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in an amount greater than $25,000, plus interest, costs and all further relief that the court may deem just and proper. She is represented by Matthew J. Sauter of Sauter Sullivan LLC in St. Louis.
