ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis corporation alleges that it is owed unpaid rent for a property in the city.

Railcorp Holdings Inc., doing business as Treehouse Foods, filed a complaint on July 10 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Personal Care Home Health Services Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 9, 2015, the defendant entered into a sublease with plaintiff to sublet approximately 6,395 square-feet of the 15th floor of 800 Market St., St. Louis for $3,993.92 per month for the first 12 months and $6,261.77 for the succeeding 12 months.
