ST. LOUIS – A driver is alleged to have turned in front of another vehicle in St. Louis and cause a collision.

Jack Mueller filed a complaint on July 12 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Jeanne Roy alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 13, he was traveling east on River DePeres Boulevard at its intersection with Alaska Avenue in St. Louis when the defendant made a left turn in front of plaintiff's vehicle, causing a collision. He alleges he sustained injuries to his neck, shoulders and back as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Roy responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain a careful lookout and failed to yield to the right of way.
