ST. LOUIS – Three St. Louis limited liability companies are alleged to have failed to pay for waste and storm water services.

The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District filed a complaint on July 19 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Beckway LLC, Bomber O'Brien's LLC and Glide Investments LLC alleging unjust enrichment and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the plaintiff provided sewer, wastewater and storm water services to defendants' property at 4621 Beck Ave. After subtracting all proper payments, credits and/or adjustments through June 26, the amount of $29,407.17 allegedly remains due and owing.

The plaintiff holds Beckway LLC, Bomber O'Brien's LLC and Glide Investments LLC responsible because despite demands for payments, the defendants allegedly refused to pay the said amount.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $29,407.17, pus any additional charges, fees and costs. It is represented by Randall E. Gusdorf of Gusdorf Law Firm LLC in St. Louis.
