ST. LOUIS – Damages are sought from a St. Louis man over alleged injuries sustained in a rear-end collision.

Norinee Thomas filed a complaint on July 24 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Denzel Adaire Abram alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 18, 2016, the plaintiff was traveling eastbound on Manchester in St. Louis when the defendant rear-ended the plaintiff's vehicle. The suit states the plaintiff sustained serious and permanent injuries to the right shoulder and all of the bones, joints, muscles and tendons.

The plaintiff holds Abram responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and omitted to maintain a careful lookout, failed to maintain appropriate distance and failed to take evasive actions to avoid collision.

The plaintiff seeks damages in a fair and reasonable amount, plus costs of this action. The plaintiff is represented by Joseph K. Robbins of The Robbins Law Firm in St. Louis.
