Individuals allege collision on Natural Bridge caused more than $6,000 in damages

ST. LOUIS – Two individuals are seeking damages from a St. Louis driver over allegations an auto accident caused injuries and vehicle damages.

Everlyn Hill-Randle and Tracy Hampton filed a complaint on July 24 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Dontez Winston alleging property damage and personal injury.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on March 12, 2017, Hill-Randle suffered damage to her vehicle in the amount of $6,786 and plaintiff Hampton sustained personal injuries that caused her to be damaged in the sum of $19,500 after the defendant collided with Hill-Randle's vehicle on Natural Bridge. 

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant, plus costs and any further relief as the court may deem just and proper. They are represented by Mark G. McMahon and Michael B. Hill of Law Offices of Mark G. McMahon in Clayton.
