ST. LOUIS – A woman alleges she had to leave her employment with the city of St. Louis because of sexual assault from a supervisor.

Rhonda Mack filed a complaint on July 31 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against the city of St. Louis, Billy Jones, et al. alleging assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and civil conspiracy.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff began her employment with the city in its Parks Department in January 2017. She alleges she was subjected to repeated sexual assaults and battery by Jones and that nothing was done to stop the conduct by the remaining defendants.

The plaintiff alleges she suffered severe pain of body and mind and that she had to leave her employment with the city because of the defendants' actions.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual and punitive damages of more than $25,000. She is represented by Alan S. Mandel of Mandel & Mandel LLP in St. Louis.
