Car accident 18

ST. LOUIS – A Kentucky man alleges he was injured when a St. Louis woman collided with his vehicle on Interstate 64.

Joe Harvey and Chasing the Sun LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 28 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Jessica Jandernoa and Travelers Property Casualty Co. of America alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Jan 13, 2017, Harvey was traveling on Interstate 64 eastbound when defendant Jandernoa, an underinsured motorist, caused her vehicle collide with his vehicle. He alleges sustained severe and permanent injuries and damages while Chasing the Sun suffered loss of business opportunity and revenue. The suit states the plaintiffs had underinsured coverage available under the policy issued by defendant Travelers.

The plaintiffs hold Jandernoa and Travelers Property Casualty Co. of America responsible because defendant Jandernoa failed to yield to oncoming traffic, failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to reduce speed to avoid a collision.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek damages of more than $25,000, plus costs of this action. They are represented by Brian M. Wendler, Angie M. Zinzilieta and Paul E.H. Rademacher of Wendler Law PC in Edwardsville, Illinois and Linsey C. Goetz of Dixie Law Group PSC in Louisville, Kentucky.
