Mercedes Benz owners allege collision caused more than $14,000 in vehicle damage, depreciation

ST. LOUIS – The owners of a Mercedes Benz allege they incurred more than $100,000 in damages after an auto accident caused by another driver.

Anthony and Leilani Gray filed a complaint on Oct. 10 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Aleshia Yeates alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Oct. 30, 2017, the defendant caused her vehicle to strike plaintiffs' Mercedes Benz on North Grand in Missouri. They allege they sustained injuries and incurred damages in the sum of $100,000 and their vehicle was damaged and depreciated in the amount of $14,593,63. 

The plaintiffs seek damages in the amount of more than $100,000, plus costs and any further relief as the court deems just and proper. They are represented by Mark G. McMahon of Law Offices Mark G. McMahon in Clayton.
