Car accident 04

ST. LOUIS – A Boone County driver is alleged to have failed to maintain her vehicle in an auto accident in St. Louis.

Christopher Campbell filed a complaint on Oct. 9 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Kayla S. Dryer alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 10, 2010, he was driving his vehicle traveling southbound on South Seventh Street in St. Louis when the defendant's vehicle struck his vehicle. He alleges he sustained serious and permanent injuries to his neck, back, shoulders, arms and head as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Dryer responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain a careful lookout and failed to take precautions to avoid a collision.

The plaintiff seeks judgment in his favor in an amount that will fairly compensate him for his damages, costs and all further relief as the court deems proper and just. He is represented by A. Mick Henderson of Henderson & Waterkotte PC in St. Louis.
