ST. LOUIS – A woman whose vehicle was rear-ended in St. Louis is seeking damages from two other drivers involved in the collision.

Angelic Johnson filed a complaint on Oct. 8 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Kayla Panzau and Christina Hildebrandt alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 7, 2013, she was traveling on South Compton Road approaching its intersection with Caroline Street when Panzau struck Hildebrant's vehicle, which struck the plaintiff's vehicle. The plaintiff alleges she sustained injuries to her neck, back, shoulders, arms and legs and incurred medical expenses of more than $10,000.

The plaintiff holds Panzau and Hildebrandt responsible because the defendants allegedly followed vehicles too closely and failed to keep a proper lookout.

The plaintiff seeks damages of more than $25,000, plus costs and all other relief that is just and proper. She is represented by Cecil L. Skaggs of Central West End Law Office in St. Louis.
