ST. LOUIS — An insured driver is suing Automobile Club Inter-Insurance Exchange, doing business as AAA insurance, citing alleged breach of insurance contract.

Haley Minder filed a complaint on Oct. 17, in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Automobile Club Inter-Insurance Exchange, alleging that the liability insurer failed to perform under the terms of the policy.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 19, she sustained injuries and damages in an automobile accident due to the negligence of an under-insured driver on Interstate 64 at or near its intersection with Kings Highway Boulevard.

Subsequently, plaintiff submitted her claim to defendant for the loss pursuant to the under-insured motorist coverage of the insurance policy issued by defendant.

The plaintiff holds Automobile Club Inter-Insurance Exchange responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay plaintiff the benefits she is entitled to receive.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than $25,000, plus interest, costs and all further relief that the court may deem proper.

She is represented by Todd I. Muchnick and Aaron D. Haber of Muchnick Haber Margolis LC in St. Louis.
