ST. LOUIS – Two individuals allege they were injured when their vehicle was rear-ended on Interstate 44.

Linda Osborne and Natasha Stutzman filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Chelsea Gebhart alleging breach of duty.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on March 29, they were in a motor vehicle traveling east on I-44 towards Lafayette and was stopped due to traffic when defendant crashed into the rear of their vehicle. They allege they suffered injuries resulting in pain and suffering, lost wages and medical expenses as a result of the collision.

The plaintiffs hold Gebhart responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain careful lookout, failed to obey traffic signs and failed to keep safe distance.

The plaintiffs each seek compensatory damages of more than $25,000, plus interest, costs and all further relief that the court may deem necessary and proper. They are represented by Benjamin J. Sansone of Sansone & Lauber in Clayton.
