Performance Food Group seeks more than $35,000 from guarantor

ST. LOUIS – A company alleges an individual owes more than $35,000 as the guarantor of a loan.

Performance Food Group Co. LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 8 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Anthony M. Ellerson II alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 23, 2015, defendant personally guaranteed the payment of all charges due and owing to plaintiff by The Kitchen Sink LLC. The suit states on July 18, a judgment was entered on behalf of plaintiff against The Kitchen Sink LLC in the amount of $37,127.04 in this court.

The plaintiff holds Ellerson II responsible because despite demands for payments, defendant failed and refuses to do so.

The plaintiff seeks judgement against defendant in the principal amount of $37,127.04, plus interest, costs, attorney's fees and any further relief as the court may deem proper and just. It is represented by Ronald A. Caimi and Michael Kasperek of Vogler & Associates LLC in St. Louis.
