ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis woman alleges she was injured when her vehicle was struck in a parking lot by a Florida resident.

Elizabeth Glenn filed a complaint on Nov. 12 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Elinor Moore alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 6, 2016, she was operating her motor vehicle in a Ted Drewe's parking lot when defendant's vehicle collided with her vehicle. She alleges she sustained injuries to her neck, back, buttocks and hips as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Moore responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain a careful lookout, failed to yield the right of way and failed take evasive actions to avoid the collision.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of no less than $25,000, plus costs and all further relief as the court deems proper and just. She is represented by John L. Wilbers of The Wilbers Law Firm LLC in St. Louis.
