ST. LOUIS – A motorist alleges his neck and back were injured when a tractor-trailer backed into his vehicle in St. Louis.

Bryan Zukeran filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Hankins Express Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 16, 2015, he was operating a motor vehicle on Stratford Avenue in St. Louis when defendant's tractor-trailer struck his vehicle. He alleges he sustained serious injuries to his neck and back as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Hankins Express Inc. responsible because defendant's employee failed to keep a careful lookout and caused the back end of the tractor-trailer to come into contact with the front left side of his vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks damages of no less than $25,000, plus interest, costs and all further relief that the court may deem just and proper. He is represented by Michelle E. Radice of Michelle E. Radice LLC in St. Louis.
