Injured driver seeks damages from Auto Club Inter-Insurance Exchange

ST. LOUIS – A Missouri man is seeking damages from an insurance company over a collision with an uninsured driver.

Robert Harmon filed a petition for damages on Dec. 14 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Auto Club Inter-Insurance Exchange.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 20, he was traveling on Warne Avenue at or near its intersection with Penrose Avenue in St. Louis when an unknown driver caused a multi-vehicle collision. He alleges he sustained injuries to his head, neck and back and incurred necessary medical care and treatment expenses and other damages. 

The plaintiff alleges he has incurred expenses for medical care.

The plaintiff seeks damages of more than $25,000, costs and all further relief that the court may deem just and proper. He is represented by Robert H. Pedroli and Eric A. Ruttencutter of Pedroli & Gauthier LLC in Clayton.
