Classic Aire Care employee allegedly violated red light before causing collision

ST. LOUIS – Several individuals allege they were injured when the employee of a Missouri business violated a red light at a St. Louis intersection and caused a collision.

Deborah Williams, et al. filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Classic Aire Care Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Oct. 4, the plaintiffs were traveling on Riverview at or near the intersection of Broadway in St. Louis when defendant, by and through its employee, caused its vehicle to crash into their vehicle. They allege they sustained injuries as a result of the collision.

The plaintiffs holds Classic Aire Care Inc. responsible because the defendant's employee negligently drove its vehicle at a high rate of speed, violated a red traffic signal and failed to avoid the collision.

The plaintiffs seek compensatory damages of more than $25,000 for each plaintiff, interest, costs and all further relief as the court deems proper and necessary. They are represented by Benjamin J. Sansone of Sansone & Lauber in Clayton.
