Alsco alleges operators of Illinois hotel failed to pay for services

ST. LOUIS – A textile and linen service company alleges a Jacksonville, Illinois hotel failed to pay for its services.

Alsco Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Shiva Jacksonville Bi Inc. and Jay Joshi

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between May 21 and Sept. 3, it provided rental, cleaning and delivery of linen service and other specialized merchandise to defendants, doing business as Baymont Inn Jacksonville, in the total amount of $18,190.79. To date, the amount allegedly remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment in its favor in the amount of $18,190.79, plus interest, attorney's fees and all further relief that the court shall deem proper and just. It is represented by James K. Schleiffarth of Schleiffarth Law Firm LLC in St. Louis.
