Neumayer Equipment alleges it is owed more than $45,000 for construction work

ST. LOUIS – A contractor alleges it was not paid for work to construct a convenience store in St. Louis.

Neumayer Equipment Co. filed a complaint on Dec. 20 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Tarifi LLC and Yousif Husein alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 12, 2017, the defendants contracted it to construct their convenience store St. Louis. The plaintiff alleges the amount of $46,284.84 remains unpaid for its work. 

The plaintiff holds Tarifi LLC and Husein responsible because the defendants failed and refused to pay for the work and materials.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants, jointly and severally in the amount of amount of $46,284.84, plus interest, costs and such other and further relief deemed just and proper. It is represented by David G. Bender of Rosenblum, Goldenhersh PC in Clayton.
