Two individuals allegedly breached fiduciary duty

ST. LOUIS – Several individuals allege that two people breached their contractual obligations and caused harm.

Dustin M. Bray, et al. filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against James J. Simeri and Bruce Bartlett alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege the defendants have breached their contractual obligations and caused financial harm to them.

The plaintiffs allege the defendants breached their fiduciary duty and that they have been damaged because of an alleged failure to provide adequate legal advice, informed consent and timely updates.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury. They are representing themselves.
