EDWARDSVILLE — A landscaping service provider is suing property owner Gary Hunsche citing alleged breach of landscaping agreement.
Frisella Nursery Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 28 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Gary Hunsche alleging that the property owner failed to perform under the terms of the contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in Oct. 15, 2016, it entered into a contact with defendant to provide landscaping services to his property situated at 8106 Maple Grove Road in Troy for a total amount of $297,348.33. At the date of the complaint the same amount remained due and owing. The plaintiff holds Gary Hunsche responsible because despite receiving invoices for plaintiff's services, defendant allegedly failed to pay.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in its favor, in the amount of $297,348, plus costs and all other relief deemed just and proper. It is represented by Brian R. Kalb of Byron Carlson Petri & Kalb LLC in Edwardsville.
