Damages sought from Hanley Hills driver over alleged injuries from collision

Lawsuits

ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges he sustained injuries to his neck and back in a collision with a Hanley Hills resident.

Milton Jackson filed a complaint on Jan. 7 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Alice Mundschenk alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 12, 2018, he was operating a motor vehicle when the defendant caused her vehicle to collide with plaintiff's vehicle. He alleges sustained injuries to his neck and back as well as to the bones, joints, muscles and tendons because of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Mundschenk responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain a vigilant lookout, failed to keep proper and safe distance and failed to stop or swerve to avoid the collision.

The plaintiff seeks damages in a fair and reasonable amount, plus costs of this action. He is represented by Joseph K. Robbins of The Robbins Law Firm in St. Louis.
