ST. LOUIS – A woman alleges she was injured in an auto accident in St. Louis allegedly caused by a driver's failure to yield to the right of way.

Elisia Lang filed a complaint on Jan. 6 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Besnik Toska alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 3, 2016, she was operating her motor vehicle on Gravois Road in St. Louis when the defendant caused his vehicle to collide with hers. She alleges she sustained injuries to her neck, back and jaw and incurred medical expenses of $20,000.

The plaintiff holds Toska responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to yield to the right of way and operated the vehicle at a high rate of speed.

The plaintiff seeks damages of more than $25,000, plus costs and all further relief as the court may deem just and proper. She is represented by William P. Hogan of William P. Hogan Law Office in St. Louis.
