ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis woman alleges a Kentucky resident struck her vehicle while attempting to change lanes on Interstate 70.

Paige Graham filed a complaint on Jan. 30 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Marvin Lee Moore alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 14, 2018, she was operating a 2009 Nissan Altima traveling eastbound on I-70 when the defendant, who was operating a Ryder rental truck, attempted to change lanes and struck her vehicle. She alleges she sustained serious and permanent injuries to her back, neck, left knee, left thigh, head and hips as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Moore responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain a careful lookout, failed to signal his lane change and failed to stop or swerve to avoid striking plaintiff's vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks damages in an amount between $25,000 and $75,000, plus costs of this action and all further relief as the court may deem proper and just. She is represented by Kevin A. Sullivan of Sauter Sullivan LLC in St. Louis.
