ST. LOUIS – A woman alleges she was injured in an auto accident in St. Louis caused by a driver who drove through a stop sign at an intersection.

Barbara Caddell filed a complaint on Jan. 28 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Michael Sanders alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 2, 2018, she was driving east on McPherson Avenue at or near its intersection with Sarah Avenue in St. Louis when the defendant drove through the stop sign and collided with her vehicle. She alleges she sustained injuries to her ribs and back as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Sanders responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to yield to the right of way.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than $25,000, plus costs and all other relief deemed just and equitable. She is represented by Kyle Kleefus of Law Offices of Derald L Gab PC in St. Louis.
