Michele is co-chair of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group and serves on the firm’s Management Committee. She acts as a key corporate securities and compliance advisor to public and private companies. Fred focuses on corporate and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, commercial law and general corporate representation.
