Missouri Supreme Court suspends judge for one year without pay for judicial misconduct
JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri Supreme Court has suspended Judge Joe Don McGaugh, an associate circuit judge in Carroll County, for one year without pay following findings of repeated judicial misconduct.

JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri Supreme Court has ruled that a negligence dispute involving UATP Springfield, which is doing business as Urban Air Springfield, must proceed to arbitration, overturning a lower court's decision.
