ST. LOUIS – A Missouri company and an Alabama resident allege corporations in New York and New Jersey sent it advertisement faxes without their consent.
The defendant's move for summary judgment followed, as did a request for statutory damages for 35,211 unsolicited fax transmissions, which could have netted plaintiffs up to $17.6 million.
