ST. LOUIS — A distributor of food products is suing a local restaurant, citing alleged breach of contract.

Performance Food Group, Inc., d/b/a Fox River Foods, Inc. and Performance Foodservice - Middendorf, filed a complaint on Nov. 8 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against LZG Enterprises Inc., d/b/a Olympic Restaurant, and Gazment Bektesoski alleging that the defendants failed to fully perform all obligations under the terms of a credit application agreement.
