ST. LOUIS — A driver and two passengers are suing another motorist citing alleged negligence.
Carolyn Edwards, Jacobi Carter and Ghianna Carter filed a complaint on Nov. 30 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Zedrick Daniels alleging that he failed to maintain proper control of the motor vehicle he was driving.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Jan. 3 they were in a motor vehicle traveling on Lucas and Hunt when the defendant carelessly operated his vehicle and collided with their car. They allegedly sustained personal injuries resulting in pain and suffering, and other damages.
The plaintiffs hold Daniels responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently caused the vehicle he was driving to collide with the plaintiffs' vehicle.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury; and seek judgment against defendant in an amount in excess of $25,000, plus costs of court, and any further relief as the court may deem just and proper. They are represented by Mark G. McMahon and Michael B. Hill of Law Offices of Mark G. McMahon in Clayton.
