Crash on Skinker Boulevard leads to lawsuit

Car accident 30

ST. LOUIS — A driver is suing another motorist, citing alleged negligence in an accident on Skinker Boulevard.

Anthony Ziegler filed a complaint on Nov. 30 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Rae Walton alleging that she  drove her vehicle so as to collide with another vehicle.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 30 he was driving southbound on Skinker Boulevard when his vehicle was struck by Walton's car.

As a result, Ziegler claims he sustained physical injuries and extreme mental anguish, and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff holds Walton responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout for vehicles and failed to properly apply her brakes.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury; and seeks judgment in such sum as may be fair and reasonable but in excess of $25,000 together with costs expended. He is represented by Geoffrey S. Meyerkord of Meyerkord and Meyerkord LLC in St. Louis and Justin L. Mason of the Law Offices of Justin L. Mason, LLC in St. Louis.
