Passengers allege they are entitled to uninsured motorist coverage for I-55 crash

ST. LOUIS – Two individuals allege they are entitled to uninsured motorist coverage from several insurances companies over alleged injuries sustained in a collision in St. Louis.

Jeanna Addison and Leon Bullock filed a complaint on May 10 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Allstate Insurance Co., et al.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on May 27, 2017, they were passengers in a motor vehicle traveling on Interstate 55 and were injured in a collision caused by unidentified vehicles, which fled the scene. 

At the time of the accident, the plaintiffs allege that the vehicle they were riding in had an uninsured motorist bodily injury coverage issued by Allstate. They also allege that they each also had uninsured motorist bodily injury coverage through their own individual insurers.

The plaintiffs seek compensatory damages of more than $25,000, plus interest, costs of this action and all further relief that the court may deem proper and necessary. They are represented by Benjamin J. Sansone of Sansone Sumner & Lauber in Clayton.
