ST. LOUIS — An individual is suing a Facebook user, citing alleged defamation.

David Scott Parker filed a complaint on Dec. 12 in the St Louis Circuit Court against Isaiah Zoschke, a/k/a Niles Zee, alleging that he made multiple malicious and defamatory comments on his Facebook posts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that as a result of defendant's conduct, his honesty, integrity and morality in the community was damaged. He was caused to suffer grave anxiety and mental upset. The plaintiff holds Zoschke responsible because the defendant allegedly made false and impugning comments that he was a child abuser.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury; and seeks damages in an amount that is fair and reasonable, plus punitive damages, costs and expenses. He is represented by Elkin L, Kistner of Bick & Kistner PC in St, Louis.
