ST. LOUIS – Two individuals allege they were injured when their vehicle was rear-ended in St. Louis.

Rhodiana Celaj and Mirela Celaj filed a complaint on Dec. 18 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Zoe Rollins alleging personal injury.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on June 30, they were traveling on Kingshighway Boulevard approaching its intersection with Christy Avenue in St. Louis and slowed due to traffic when the defendant rear-ended their vehicle. They allege they were both injured as a result.

The plaintiffs hold Rollins responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to slacken speed, stop or swerve to avoid the collision.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against defendant in an amount of more than $25,000, plus costs, interest and all other relief that is proper and just. They are represented by Brent A. Sumner, Andrew S. Martin and Samantha Indelicato of The Sumner Law Group LLC in Clayton.
