Man files suit against driver over allegations collision caused more than $26,000 in damages

ST. LOUIS – A man alleges he was damaged in an amount of more than $26,000 as a result of an auto accident.

Daniel Cobbs Jr. filed a complaint on Dec. 18 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Destany Bagby alleging property damage and personal injury.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 27, 2016, he was involved in a vehicle collision with the defendant on Shreve, an open and public street in Missouri. He alleges he sustained personal injury and incurred damages in the sum amount of $26,666.50. 

The plaintiff holds Bagby responsible because the defendant allegedly carelessly caused her vehicle to collide with plaintiff's vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $26,666.50, plus costs and all other relief that is proper and just. He is represented by Mark G. McMahon and Michael B. Hill of Law Offices of Mark G. McMahon in Clayton.
